Van Zile Travel School is an intensive course designated for anyone interested in a career in the travel industry.  It is designed to give you the basic foundation needed to understand the different terms and rules used in the travel industry.

• Cars:  finding availability, selling, types of cars, rental company codes, selling without flights
• Overview of Europe, international travel, passports, visas, trains
• Hotels:  finding availability, selling, different ways to search
• Overview of the Caribbean
• Vacation packages
• Groups:  Rates for air and hotels, tours, different kind of groups
• Travel insurance
• Overview of Las Vegas
• Overview of New York City
• Travel and the internet
• Confirmation & departure letters and vendor documents
• Obtaining a job in the travel industry
• Cover letters, resumes, interviews

Instructors and Requirements

All courses are taught by professional travel agents.  These teachers have current hands on knowledge of all facets of the industry, including changes that occur daily.  The education you will receive from this course is the information you will need on a day to day basis to be a competent, successful travel agent.  Course instructor:  Crystal Dragone
