Sales Representative

Van Zile Travel (VZT), a well respected, nationwide, travel management company known for its unparalleled, high touch, service-first approach to meeting customer needs, is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join a team of high performing professionals. The role of the Sales Representative is both strategic and operational in nature and encompasses the following:

·         Managing the entire sales process

·         Identifying and analyzing wide-ranging new business opportunities

·         Securing new accounts and driving revenue growth for the company

·         Further diversifying the existing customer base

Account Manager

Van Zile Travel (VZT), a well respected, nationwide, travel management company known for its unparalleled, high touch, service-first approach to meeting customer needs, is seeking a Business Account Manager responsible for managing and growing high profile corporate accounts. The role of the Business Account Manager is both strategic and operational in nature and encompasses the following:

·         Acting as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts to Van Zile Travel

·         Leading the implementation and day-to-day management of corporate accounts

·         Increasing share of customer, maximizing customer satisfaction and ensuring account
     renewals through in-depth relationship building

·         Delivering results consistent with the company’s strategic goals and objectives

The Business Account Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Corporate Operations. This individual must interface with other functional areas (e.g., sales, corporate operations, finance and technology) on an ongoing basis to ensure alignment.

Corporate Team Manager

Van Zile Travel (VZT), a well respected, nationwide, travel management company known for its unparalleled, high touch, service-first approach to meeting customer needs, is seeking a Corporate Team Manager responsible for overseeing the company’s team of agents to meet rigorous VZT customer service standards.

The role of the Corporate Team Manager is both managerial and operational in nature and encompasses the following:

·         Providing guidance and mentoring to all agents through daily monitoring, evaluation  
      and ongoing feedback

·         Ensuring that the right processes and systems are in place and being adhered to
     (i.e., maximizing efficiency and effectiveness)

·         Delivering results consistent with the company’s strategic goals and objectives
