Awards and Recognition

Rochester Top 100 ranks privately held companies based on three most recent years of revenue growth.  Companies must have at least $1 million in revenue for each of those years, and rankings take into account both dollar and percentage growth. Van Zile Travel has been in the top 100 twice.

Rochester’s Choice. Rochestarians and people from the surrounding suburbs cast their vote for their favorite businesses. Van Zile Travel was voted best Travel agency three years in a row.

40 Under 40. Nominated by the community and selected by a committee of business leaders, this award recognizes 40 men and women, under the age of 40, who have achieved professional success and have also made significant civic contributions to our community. Kate Van Zile received this award.

Business Person of the Year. The Small Business Council of Rochester recognizes an individual in the small business community who has demonstrated success in both civic and professional areas. Candidates are nominated by their peers and a selection committee reviews the nomination packages and selects finalists. Kate Van Zile was a finalist.

Disney Destinations Top Sales Performer. This award was received in 2009 for being the only Western & Central New York agency with significant sales growth in all the Disney products.
