In 1992 Rebecca began her career in the travel industry. She is in charge of overseeing all operations related to corporate travel and leads a team of savvy travel professionals who manage the travel for Van Zile Travel’s 100+ corporate travel clients. Rebecca is constantly developing enhanced methods for communication, customer service, employee recruiting and retention as well as continuous improvement programs. |

JULIE K. SANTINO Technology & Finance
Julie’s main objectives at Van Zile Travel include managing two critical functions within the organization, Technology and Finance. Van Zile Travel maintains a solid financial position and is able to continuously re-invest in itself, its employees and exciting new products for its clients. Julie’s technology background enables her to lead a team of top professionals who manage vital corporate and leisure travel tools. Having this in house expertise allows Van Zile Travel to maximize all applications to the fullest giving us a competitive edge in a dynamic market. |

MICHELLE ARNEY
In 2001 Michelle joined Van Zile Travel and holds a multi-faceted role with the company. She leads the Meetings & Incentives Team who manage groups ranging from 15 to 500 participants and the Leisure Team who offer unique packages to destinations all around the world. Michelle’s charisma, organizational skills and leadership style allow her to manage a unique combination of responsibilities successfully. |

DIANE BAKER
In 2001 Diane began her career in the travel industry and is currently a Business Account Manager, managing several key accounts. Diane is always proactively educating clients in regards to best practice measures, cost savings opportunities, green travel initiatives and areas where our clients are excelling with their company travel management. In addition to account management, Diane works with prospective clients and new clients throughout the sales and implementation process as we develop our partnership. Diane is an integral part of our client travel spend, review and presentation process. |

HEATHER PERSECHINO
In 2012 Heather joined the Van Zile Travel team as a Business Account Manager. Heather manages many corporate accounts as well as oversees our Corporate E Newsletters "Van Zile Quick Links Travel News." Heather works with prospective clients as well as new clients throughout the sales and implementation process as we develop our partnership with them. |

Having been in the travel/tourism industry since 1988, Linda's focus, drive and dedication to clients, along with passion for travel all contribute to her success. Her years of experience and vast travel knowledge coupled with her world-wide base of supplier contacts, makes her a leader in the development of both meeting and incentive programs. |

JULIE STAROWICZ
Julie Star began in the travel industry in 1978 working with customers, agents and vendors all related to leisure travel. Julie learns prospective customers' travel needs and after explaining Van Zile Travel’s unique Plan to Go deposit commitment, she matches them with one of our experienced Leisure Travel Consultants. SKALNY TRAVEL GROUP
Glen participated in Van Zile's Travel School in 1990 with a desire to start his own travel group. Kate Van Zile was so impressed with Glens' enthusiasm for travel, she asked Glen to begin his journey with the Van Zile Travel team. “Glen’s drive to develop and provide quality service to his clientele has been the key to his success,” said Kate Van Zile. Working independently, Glen has developed the Skalny Travel Group and now has a team of 11 quality agents coordinating high end luxury travel, honeymoons and travel throughout the world. The Skalny Travel Group and Van Zile Travel enjoy unique synergies in their combined companies which includes high regard from leading, quality travel vendors. |

KATE VAN ZILE, CTC President/Owner
A true hands-on owner, Kate is immersed in the daily operations of the company. Her numerous years of travel experience span reservations, group and meetings management, promotion and marketing, supervisory, financial administration and strategic planning. The Executive Team reports directly to Kate. Her commitment to business ethics, maximizing customer value, and providing unique, creative travel solutions is clearly visible to our clients. |
